Use a computer as an employee

Click Computers in the sidebar to see Your computers. It lists the computers your company admin assigned to you.

What you can do

• To open a computer in your browser, click Connect. A new tab opens with your Windows screen.
• To use Remote Desktop, click the menu at the end of the row, then Connect with the Remote Desktop app. It shows the Address, Username and Password, and has a Download RDP file button.
• To turn it on, click Start on the row. Restart and Shut down are in the menu.
• To show your screen to someone, click Share screen while you are connected in a browser.

Remote Desktop from a new place

Click Download RDP file whenever you connect from a new network. It allows your current address, and the file is ready to open. If you type the details into the app by hand instead, your address is not allowed, and Remote Desktop will not connect until an admin adds it.

What your company admin does

These are not on your page, so ask your admin:

• Creating or deleting computers.
• Changing plan or adding disks.
• Changing the Windows password.
• Restoring snapshots.
• Editing the list of allowed addresses.
• Anything to do with payment.

If something looks wrong

• No computers yet: nothing has been assigned to you yet. Ask your company admin.
• You don't have access: the computer is not assigned to you. Ask your company admin.
• Your workspace is paused: you cannot connect for now. Contact your administrator.

Shutting a computer down does not save your company any money. Disconnect instead if you plan to come back.
