Assign a computer to someone
Give a computer to one person in your company from its Users tab. They see it on their own page, and company admins can always reach every computer.

Each computer is assigned to one person. That person can use it, and every company admin can reach every computer in the company. Only admins can change who it is assigned to.
The person must already be a user in your company. Add them first if they are not.
- Click Computers in the sidebar.
- Click the computer's name.
- Click the Users tab.
- Click Assign user.
- Choose the person under User.
- Click Assign user in the dialog.
If the computer already has someone assigned, the new person replaces them, and the dialog says who. The previous person no longer sees it on their page.
Remove someone
- Click the menu at the end of their row on the Users tab.
- Click Remove from this computer.
- Click Remove user.
The computer is then assigned to you instead.
What does not change
Assigning does not change anything inside the computer. Its files and programs stay, and so do its Windows username and password.
The previous person may still know the Windows password, and their network address may still be on the allowed list. To end their access completely, change the password and remove their address.
If a message asks you to wait, the computer is busy. Try again when it finishes.
