Give someone access to a computer until a set date
Set an end date when you give access, and it ends on its own at the end of that day. The person is disconnected if they are still on.

Access can end on a date you choose, which suits contractors and short projects.
- Click Users in the sidebar.
- Click the menu at the end of the person's row.
- Click Give computer access.
- Tick the computers, and choose a level under Access.
- Choose a date under Until.
- Click Give access.
Access runs to the end of that day, in your own time zone. The person sees Access until and the date on their Computers page.
When the date comes
- The computer leaves their list, and a session still open ends with Your access has ended.
- If they had Full access, the computer's password changes, as they could see it. If the computer is off, it changes when it next runs.
- History records that their access ended on schedule.
Change or remove the date
Follow the same steps and tick the same computer. Choose a new date under Until, or leave it empty so that access has no end date.
To end it early, click the person's name, then click the cross beside the computer on the Access tab.
