My workspace is paused

This means your company has an unpaid balance. Only a company admin can pay, so please contact your company admin. There is nothing you need to do on your own account.

What employees see

When a payment fails, everything keeps working for 7 days. During that time a notice says Your workspace will be paused soon and how many days are left.

After that, or straight away if your company's subscription has already been cancelled with money owing:

• Your pages show Your workspace is paused.
• You cannot connect to computers, and an open session ends within about 15 seconds.
• Your Cloud Drive files and Authenticator codes are out of reach.
• If you are signed out, the sign-in page says your workspace is paused, and you cannot sign in.

When it is paid

Your workspace comes back on its own. If you are still on the paused page, it reloads within about a minute. Sign back in if you were signed out.

If you are the admin

Admins can still reach the page that takes payment. See pay a past-due balance.
