See who did what on your computers and accounts

Only company admins can see this.

1. Click Users in the sidebar.
2. Click the History tab.

There are two views:

• Activity lists what happened, with the network address and when. For example, who connected to a computer, who viewed its password, who created a share link, and who changed someone's access.
• Who had access lists each person's time on each computer, with the level, the dates, and who ended it.

Use the lists at the top to narrow it to one person, one computer or one kind of event, and the date boxes to choose a period. Click Export CSV to download the Activity view as a spreadsheet file. Its times are in UTC.

Connections made with the Remote Desktop app are not listed. Sessions here are browser sessions.

One person's history

Click a person's name on the People tab.

• The History tab shows the computers they have had and their activity.
• The Sessions tab shows their sign-ins to OWD Cloud, with the device and address. Click End to sign out one device.
