An invitation expired or never arrived

An invitation link lasts 7 days and works once. If someone cannot find it or it has run out, send a new one. Only a company admin can do this.

1. Click Users in the sidebar.
2. Click Invited above the list to see only people who have not joined yet.
3. Click the menu at the end of the person's row.
4. Click Send a new invitation.

The old link stops working. The window shows the new link and says whether we emailed it. If the email did not arrive, ask them to check their spam folder, or copy the link and send it to them yourself. It is not shown again, and anyone who has it can set this person's password.

The Status column shows Invitation expired once a link has run out.

Cancel an invitation

1. Click the menu at the end of the person's row.
2. Click Cancel invitation, then Cancel invitation again to confirm.

Their link stops working, and the access it would have given is taken back.

You typed the wrong email address

You cannot edit the address on an invitation. Cancel it and invite them again with the right one.
