Share your screen with someone using a link
While connected in a browser, create a link that lets anyone watch or control your screen until it ends or you disconnect.

Admins can share the screen of any computer. Employees can if they have Full access to it. You need to be connected in a browser, because this does not work from the Remote Desktop app.
- Connect to the computer in a browser.
- Click Share screen in the bar at the top.
- Choose View only so they can watch, or With control so they can use the mouse and keyboard.
- Under Link ends after, choose 15 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours or 1 day.
- Click Create link.
- Copy the link and send it to them. For your security, it is not shown again.
Anyone with the link can see this screen until it ends, with no sign-in. Send it only to the person who needs it.
Stop sharing
- Click Share screen, then Stop beside the link.
- Or click Disconnect. Your open links end when you disconnect.
Company admins can see every open link, and stop any of them. Click Users in the sidebar, click the Share links tab, then click Stop. Anyone watching is disconnected, and the person sharing keeps working.
The screen size stays the same while you are sharing.
