- Click Users in the sidebar.
- Click the Computer access tab. Each row shows Who has access, who is In use on it, and any open Share links.
- Click a computer to open its panel.
Add someone
- Under People with access, choose the person.
- Choose their level. See access levels.
- Click Add.
It applies straight away. A computer that is busy cannot take new people until it finishes.
Change or remove someone
Change the list beside their name to change their level. Click the cross, then Remove access, to take them off. Their access ends now, including any open session. If they had Full access, the password changes too, which disconnects anyone else on the computer.
End a session without removing anyone
Under In use now, click End session. They are disconnected but can reconnect, because they still have access.
Change the password
Click Change password now at the bottom of the panel. Anyone connected may be disconnected. People with Full access can see the new password from their workspace. If the computer is off, it changes when it next runs.
Change many at once
Tick several computers on the Computer access tab, then click Give access or Remove everyone. You can make up to 200 changes at a time. Removing everyone leaves admins with access.
