What employees see when they sign in
Employees get a workspace with their computers, the files and codes shared with them, and their own settings, and nothing else.

An employee's sidebar has five items. This is normal, and it is the same for every employee.
| Sidebar item | What is there |
|---|---|
| Computers | The computers you were given, with their status and a Connect button. See connect to a computer. |
| Cloud Drive | The drives and folders shared with you. |
| Authenticator | The two-step codes in folders shared with you. |
| Settings | Your password and the devices you are signed in on. Your administrator manages your name and email. |
| Support | A way to reach our team. |
Employees do not see the dashboard, Billing, Users, Notes, uptime monitors or recordings, and they cannot create or delete computers.
Empty pages
If a page says No computers yet, Nothing shared with you yet or No codes shared with you, your company has not given you that yet. Ask your company admin.
View only or edit
Each shared folder is marked View only or You can edit.
- With View only, you can preview and download files, or use the codes.
- With You can edit, you can also upload, create folders, rename, move and delete files. In Authenticator, you can add codes.
Employees have no private storage of their own in Cloud Drive. Everything there is shared by your company.
