Only a company admin can pay. You can open the payment page directly, or reach it from the Billing page.
- Click Billing in the sidebar.
- Click the pay button in the warning at the top of the page. If your account is locked, you are already on the payment page.
- Check the amount under Due now or Total today. Your unpaid invoices are listed below it.
- Under Pay with, pick a saved card, or click Use a different card and fill in the form. Expired cards cannot be chosen.
- Click the button at the bottom of the form. It shows the amount you are paying.
- If your bank asks, confirm the payment. See my bank needs me to confirm a past-due payment.
When it goes through, you see Payment received, and the portal takes you to your dashboard. See what happens after you pay.
What you pay
- If you are past due, you pay all of your unpaid invoices.
- If your subscription was canceled for non-payment, you pay your unpaid invoices plus a new month of service, because your subscription restarts as a new one. Each line is listed under Total today before you pay.
The card you pay with becomes your default card. A new card stays saved even if the payment fails, so you can try again without typing it.
If it does not work
- "Payment failed. Please verify your card and try again.": check the card, or choose another one.
- "We can't work out your total right now" or "We can't restart your subscription automatically": you have not been charged. Contact our team.
- "Something went wrong while restoring your account": contact our team before you try again.
- "Your balance can't be loaded right now": nothing has been charged. Click Try again.
If your account is locked, reach us through our contact page.
