If you can sign in
Click Support in the sidebar, write your question, and send it. Our team replies in the same conversation. This works for admins and employees, including when a workspace is paused.
If you are using a computer in a browser, click Support in the bar at the top of the screen. You stay connected to your computer while you write.
If you cannot sign in
On the sign-in page, under "Can't sign in?", click Contact support.
You can also use the contact page on our website.
Give us the email address on your account, so we can find it.
