My computer is stuck starting or stopping
Most changes finish within minutes. Here is what to do if a status does not change.

- Refresh the page. Loading or Updating means the page is waiting for the latest status.
- Give it a few more minutes. A new computer takes longer: see how long setup takes.
- If it shows Error or Needs attention, follow the steps for an error status.
Avoid clicking repeatedly: while a computer is busy, other changes have to wait.
If the status has not changed after a long wait, contact our team and tell us the computer's name and the status it shows.
