A monitor says down but my site is up
Your site may be blocking our checks, failing in one region, or answering too slowly.

Open the incident and read Root cause and Check logs. They show each region's result and the error.
- Only one region failed. Your site may be slow or unreachable from that part of the world. Other visitors there may see the same.
- The request timed out. Your site answered too slowly. Raise the Timeout, or look at why it is slow.
- A certificate error. Check your certificate is valid, or turn off Verify the security certificate if yours is self-signed on purpose.
- An error code such as 403. Your hosting or firewall may be blocking automated checks. Ask your host to allow them.
To cut alarms for short blips, raise the Confirmation period. Read what counts as down.
