My computer is slow or laggy
Find out whether the delay comes from your internet connection, the distance to your computer, or the computer itself.

Slowness usually has one of three causes.
Your internet connection
Clicks and typing that appear late usually come from the network. Run the speed test. Move closer to your Wi-Fi, or use a cable, and close anything else using your connection.
The distance to the computer
A computer in a far-away region takes longer to answer. A computer's region is set when you create it.
The computer itself
If programs are slow to open or respond, even though typing appears straight away, the computer may be too small for what you run. Open Task Manager in Windows, and see whether memory or processor use stays near the top. If it does, change the computer's size.
