Find your way around the Billing page
What each part of the Billing page shows, from your next charge and default card to your plan, invoices and address.
Updated · 1 min read
The Billing page shows what you pay, when you pay it, and which card pays it. Click Billing in the sidebar to open it. Only company admins have this page, so employees do not see it.
The top of the page
A badge beside the page title says where your account stands:
| Badge | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | Your subscription is running and renews as usual. |
| Ending | You canceled. Your subscription ends on the date shown. |
| Past due | A payment failed. See my payment failed. |
| Suspended | Your subscription was canceled for non-payment. See why the portal only shows the payment page. |
| Canceled | Your subscription has ended. |
| Needs attention | We cannot find your billing profile. This is on our side, so contact our team. |
Three boxes sit under the title:
- Next charge shows the amount, the date, and the card we will use.
- Due now shows anything unpaid. Nothing due means you are paid up.
- Default card shows the card we charge and when it expires.
The rest of the page
- Current plan lists everything on your subscription, with the quantity, the price, and the total per month or per year. The button to cancel your subscription is at the bottom of this section.
- Invoices lists your charges. See where to find your invoices.
- Payment methods lists your saved cards. See add a card.
- Billing address is the address for your invoices. See billing address and tax details.
Red and yellow messages at the top of the page tell you when something needs you, such as a failed payment or an expired card.
If a box says Not available, reload the page after a moment. This does not affect your computers.
