Canceling, deleting or downgrading does not refund anything you have already paid. Any lower charge starts at your next renewal.
| You do this | What happens to the charge |
|---|---|
| Cancel your subscription | You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. |
| Delete a computer | Its charge ends, with no refund for the current billing period. |
| Delete an extra disk | Billing for it stops at the end of this billing cycle. |
| Move a computer to a smaller plan | The lower price starts next billing cycle. |
| Reduce Cloud Drive storage | The change happens right away, and the lower charge starts on the next billing cycle. |
| Cancel Cloud Drive or Authenticator | You keep access until the current period ends. |
If you create a computer on the same plan in the same billing period, you may have nothing to pay for it, because that period is already paid. Due today shows you before you confirm.
If you think a charge is wrong, contact our team with the date and amount from the invoice. See where to find your invoices.
