Add a card to your account
Save a new card on the Billing page. It becomes the card we charge from then on, and saving it costs nothing.

A new card becomes your default card as soon as it is saved. Saving it does not charge you.
- Click Billing in the sidebar.
- In Payment methods, click Add card.
- Type the Name on card.
- Enter the card number, expiry date and security code in the Card box. This is our secure payment form.
- Fill in your billing address. If one is already saved, it shows with a Change button. Click that only if this card uses a different address.
- Click Save card.
Your bank may ask you to confirm the card. See my bank asks me to approve a card or payment.
The new card shows the Default badge, and your next charge goes to it. Only cards can be added. To replace an old card, add the new one and then remove the old one.
If you owe a balance, adding a card does not pay it. Click Pay balance in the message that appears, or see pay a past-due balance.
If it did not work
- The card box does not appear: reload the page, and turn off any content blocker for this site.
- Your bank refuses the card: check the details, or try a different card.
- Add card is grayed out and the page says it cannot find your billing profile: this is on our side, so contact our team.
