You can drop one item and keep the rest of your subscription. Each item is removed from its own page. For items on a computer, open the computer from Computers first.
| To stop paying for | Go to | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| A computer | Its Settings tab, then Delete computer and cancel subscription | Everything on it is permanently deleted. |
| An extra disk | The computer's Storage tab, then Delete beside the disk | The disk is permanently deleted. Billing stops at the end of this billing cycle. |
| A static IP | The computer's Networking tab, then Change IP type | The address is released, and you may not be able to get it back. |
| Recording | The computer's Recording tab, then Turn off recording | Billing stops. All recordings for this computer are deleted after 7 days, so export anything you need first. |
| Cloud Drive | Cloud Drive, the menu at the top of the page, then Cancel subscription | You keep full access until the end of the billing period. After that, your files are no longer available through Cloud Drive. |
| Authenticator | Authenticator, the menu at the top of the page, then Cancel subscription | You keep access until the period ends. We keep your tokens for up to 90 days. |
None of these issue a refund. See refunds when you cancel, delete or downgrade.
The primary disk cannot be made smaller. A computer can move to a cheaper plan instead, and the lower price starts next billing cycle. See resize a computer.
