Do I still pay when a computer is stopped?
Yes. A stopped computer keeps its monthly charge, and so do its disks and static IP. The charge ends when you delete the computer.

Yes. A stopped computer costs the same as a running one. Stopping it only turns the computer off. Its monthly charge, its extra disks and any static IP all carry on.
The charge for a computer ends only when you delete it. Pausing recording on a computer does not stop the recording charge either.
Deleting a computer permanently removes everything on it, and this cannot be undone. There is no refund for the current billing period.
A company admin can delete a computer:
- Click Computers in the sidebar.
- Click the computer's name to open it.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click Delete computer and cancel subscription.
- Type the computer's name to confirm, then click Delete computer.
To stop paying for something smaller than a whole computer, see stop paying for one thing.
