What happens after you pay your balance
Your subscription is active right away and stopped computers start within a few minutes, including any you turned off yourself.

Your subscription is active as soon as the payment goes through. You see Payment received, and the portal takes you to your dashboard a few seconds later.
- Running computers keep running, and every stopped computer starts again within a few minutes.
- Everyone in your company can sign in again.
- The stop date and the deletion date no longer apply. Paying keeps everything.
- What you paid now shows as Paid on the Billing page.
Every stopped computer starts, including any you had turned off yourself before the payment failed. If you do not want one running, stop it again from Computers. See start or stop a computer.
Your billing date
- If you were past due, your renewal date stays the same.
- If your subscription was canceled for non-payment, it restarts as a new one, so your new month starts on the day you pay.
If something still looks wrong
If a computer still shows as stopped after a few minutes, start it from Computers. If you still cannot get in, or the page asks you to pay again, contact our team.
