My bank needs me to confirm a past-due payment
When a bank holds a payment for approval, you confirm it on the payment page. Your deadlines still apply until you do.

Your bank wants you to approve this payment before it goes through, and that cannot happen while you are away. The Billing page says your bank needs you to confirm your payment, with a Confirm payment button.
- Click Billing in the sidebar.
- Click Confirm payment. The payment page opens.
- Under Pay with, choose the card.
- Click the button at the bottom of the form.
- Complete your bank's check in the window that appears.
When it goes through, you see Payment received.
If you owe more than one invoice, or your subscription is restarting, your bank may ask more than once. Complete each check until the page finishes.
The dates on the page still apply until you confirm. See what happens to my computers.
If your bank does not approve it
You see "Your bank did not confirm this payment. Please try again or use a different card." Try again, or choose Use a different card.
If the check window never opens, reload the page and turn off any content blocker for this site.
