My workspace says it is paused

This article is for employees. Your workspace pauses when your company's account has an unpaid balance. Only a company administrator can pay it, because employees have no Billing page, so ask your administrator to clear it.

What you see

• Before the pause, a warning says your workspace will be paused soon and how many days are left. Everything keeps working until then.
• During the pause, your workspace says Your workspace is paused, with a Sign out button. You cannot connect to computers or use Cloud Drive or Authenticator. The sign-in page shows the same message if you try to sign in.

When it ends

Everyone in your company can sign in again as soon as your administrator pays. Sign in or reload the page. Nothing you have is lost by the pause itself.
