What happens to my computers while I am past due
Computers keep running until the date shown on the page, then they stop. If the balance stays unpaid, a deletion date follows.

The exact dates for your account are on the Billing page and the payment page. Here is the order things happen in.
- A payment fails. Your computers keep running, and the warning shows the date they keep running until.
- That date passes. The grace period is over, so your computers may stop at any time. Your employees are paused, even if the computers are still running.
- Your subscription is canceled for non-payment. Your computers are stopped, and nobody can connect to them. The portal locks until you pay.
- The deletion date arrives. If the balance is still unpaid, your computers are deleted. The page shows this date, and how many days are left.
A deleted computer cannot be brought back, and everything on it is lost. Paying before the deletion date keeps everything.
To stop any of this, see pay a past-due balance. After you pay, your stopped computers start again.
