Verify your email when you sign up

We email you a 6-digit code as soon as you click Create account. Your account does not exist until you enter it.

1. Open the email from OWD Cloud.
2. Type the code on the Verify your email page. The page checks it once all six digits are in, or you can click Verify email.

You are then signed in and on your dashboard. If you signed up with Google, or you were invited by your company, you do not need this step.

The code did not arrive

• Check your junk or spam folder.
• Check the address on the page. Part of it is hidden, but you can see the start and the domain.
• Wait for the countdown on Resend code to finish, then click it. You can resend every 30 seconds.
• If the address is wrong, click Use a different email and fill in the form again.

If you ask for too many codes in one hour, the page tells you to try again later.

The code does not work

• A code lasts 15 minutes.
• When you resend, only the newest code works.
• Too many wrong tries, or trying an expired code, ends this sign-up attempt. If the page then says there is no active sign-up, go back to the Create account page and fill in the form again. Nothing was created, so you can use the same email address.
