The sidebar on the left is how you get everywhere. The Dashboard is your home page if you are a company admin, and it shows what is happening across your account.

The sidebar

  • Dashboard, Computers, Cloud Drive, Authenticator and Notes are at the top.
  • Monitoring holds Uptime monitors and Speed test.
  • Organization holds Users, Billing, Referrals and Settings.
  • Help holds Support, which opens a chat with our team.

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar for Your profile, Security and Sign out.

To make more room, click the Collapse sidebar button at the top of the sidebar, which shrinks it to icons. On a phone the sidebar is hidden, so tap the menu button at the top left to open it.

The dashboard

  • Create computer at the top right takes you to the Computers page.
  • Messages appear under the page title when something needs you, such as a failed payment or reaching your computer limit.
  • The row of tiles shows Computers, Monthly spend, Billing, Uptime and Users. Click a tile to open that page.
  • Get started is a checklist of first jobs: add a payment method, create a computer, invite your team, turn on two-factor authentication and add an uptime monitor. Click Dismiss to hide it in this browser.
  • Computers lists your recent computers, with Connect beside any that are running.
  • Computers created charts the last 14 days. Regions shows where your computers are, once you have some.
  • Spending breaks down your monthly total. Uptime shows your monitors.
  • Recent activity lists new computers, website outages and sign-ins.

If you are an employee

Your company admin invited you, so you see a shorter menu: Computers, Cloud Drive, Authenticator, Settings and Support. There is no dashboard, and you start on Computers.
