What OWD Cloud is and what comes with itOWD Cloud gives your company Windows computers that live online, plus file storage, two-step codes, notes and website monitoring in one account.Create an OWD Cloud accountSign up with your email address or your Google account. The person who signs up becomes the admin of a new company account.Verify your email when you sign upWe email a 6-digit code when you sign up with an email address. It lasts 15 minutes, and your account is created once you enter it.Create your first computerPick a region and a plan, add the addresses allowed to connect, name it and pay. The computer is usually ready in 3 to 7 minutes.Find your way around the sidebar and dashboardThe sidebar takes you to every part of OWD Cloud, and the dashboard shows your computers, your spending and anything that needs attention.Invite your teamCompany admins invite people from the Users page. Each person gets an email with a link to choose their own password, which works for 7 days.Use OWD Cloud on a phone or tabletThere is no OWD Cloud app to install. Sign in from your phone's browser, where the sidebar moves behind a menu button.Sign in and sign outSign in with your email and password or with Google. You are signed out after 12 hours with no activity, and your computers keep running.
