If you cannot sign in, use the contact link on the sign-in page or our website.What to send so we can help quicklyTell us which computer or page, what you were doing, and what you saw. A picture of the screen helps. Never send passwords or card numbers.Use the messenger to chat with our teamThe chat button in the corner of the portal lets you message us, attach files, search help articles and pick up past conversations.See your conversations on the support pageThe Support page lists every conversation you have had with us. You can reply there or by email, reopen a closed one, and rate our help.
