Change or cancel your Authenticator plan

Company admins manage this from Subscription actions at the top of the Authenticator page. The price shows before you confirm.

Change plan

1. Click Change plan.
2. Choose the plan you want.
3. Click Schedule plan change.

Your current plan stays active until your renewal date, and then it switches. No refund is issued when changing the plan.

Cancel

1. Click Cancel subscription.
2. Confirm.

Your access stays active until the date shown. To change your mind before then, click Reactivate subscription, then confirm. Your paid-through date stays the same.
