A code from Authenticator is refused
Most refused codes have expired or belong to a different account. Here is what to check.

Try these in order:
- Copy the code again as soon as a new one appears, and paste it straight away.
- Check you picked the right token. Two accounts on the same service have different codes.
- If you added it recently, make sure you finished setting it up on the other service. Many ask for one code to confirm.
- If you changed or reset two-step sign in on that service, the old token stops working. Add the new one.
When you are adding a token
- That QR code is not for an authenticator app. The picture is not a two-step code. Check you saved the right QR code.
- A QR image must be a PNG, JPG, or WEBP file. Save or convert it to one of those.
- That setup key looks too short. Copy the whole key.
If you are locked out of another company's service, only that company can help you get back in. If the code is for OWD Cloud itself, read what to do when your sign-in code does not work.
