Cancel your Authenticator trial or start paying early

Only a company admin can do either of these, and both start from the same menu.

Cancel the trial

Cancel before the 7 days are over and your card is not charged.

1. Click Authenticator in the sidebar.
2. Click the menu at the top right of the page, beside Add token.
3. Click Cancel trial.
4. Click Cancel trial again to confirm.

You can activate Authenticator again later, but there is no second free trial, so your saved card is charged when you do.

Start paying before the trial ends

1. Click Authenticator in the sidebar.
2. Click the menu at the top right of the page, beside Add token.
3. Click Activate subscription.
4. Check the plan and price, then click Activate subscription.

Your free trial ends at that moment and your saved card is charged today. If your company already has a subscription, the charge is prorated to its renewal date.
