Start the free Authenticator trial

Authenticator is free for 7 days, starting the moment you begin the trial. Each company gets one trial, and only a company admin can start it.

1. Click Authenticator in the sidebar.
2. Under Billing interval, pick monthly or yearly. This is the plan you move to when the trial ends. The price shows beside each one.
3. Click the button to start your 7-day free trial.
4. If you have no card saved, the Add a payment method window opens. Fill it in and click Save card. The trial then starts on its own.

During the trial

• A card is required, but it is not charged until the trial ends, unless you choose to start paying sooner.
• All of Authenticator works.
• The Authenticator page shows the Free trial badge and the days you have left.
• On the Billing page, Current plan lists Authenticator with a Trial badge and the price that follows it.
• A warning appears across the portal in the last 3 days.

If your company already used its trial

The button says Activate Authenticator instead, and your saved card is charged when you click it.
