Request a payout of your referral rewards

Payouts go to your PayPal account in USD. PayPal is the only way to be paid.

1. Click Referrals in the sidebar.
2. Click the Payouts tab.
3. Check your PayPal email. To update it, click Change, type the new email, and click Save email.
4. Click Request payout.
5. Check the amount and the email, then click Request payout again.

The request is for your whole Available balance. The page says payouts take 1 to 3 business days to arrive.

What you need

• A verified organization. If yours is not verified, you are asked to do that first. See why we ask you to verify.
• The minimum balance, which is shown on the Payouts tab.
• A PayPal email saved on the Payouts tab.

Why the button may not work

• Payout pending means your last request is still in progress. You can have only one at a time.
• Not yet available means less than a month has passed since your last request. You can request one payout per month, and the date of your next one shows under the button.

After you request

Payout history shows each request. Its status moves from Requested through Approved and Processing to Completed.

If a payout is Rejected or Failed, the reason shows under the status, and the money goes back into your Available balance. The one-per-month limit still counts from that request, so you may have to wait to request it again. If you have a question about it, contact our team.
