Verify your organization

A company admin verifies the whole company in two steps. Have your ID and a device with a camera ready. See what you need.

1. Click Settings in the sidebar, then Organization.
2. Under Identity verification, click Verify your organization.
3. Under Responsible party details, check your First name and Last name, then fill in your Date of birth, Address line 1, City, State or province, Zip or postal code and Country.
4. Click Next.
5. Read what the check needs and click Start identity verification.
6. Follow the steps on our secure verification page to capture your ID and take a selfie.

These details are for the person taking the check, so use the details of whoever's ID you will show.

After you finish

A message says Verification started while we check the result, and the page keeps checking by itself. Then one of two things happens:

• You see Organization verified, and the badge changes to Verified. Your higher computer limit applies straight away.
• The badge says Pending review. See my verification failed or is pending.

To check again later, click Refresh status on the Identity verification card.

If a message says identity verification is not available, or that it could not load, refresh the page and try again. If it keeps happening, contact our team.
