The storage meter shows what you have used. You can change your plan at any time, and the page shows the price first.

Storage use in Cloud Drive shows what you have used, what is Allocated to shared drives, what is Reserved for uploads, and what is Available.
Company admins can change the plan:
- Click Cloud Drive in the sidebar.
- Open the More actions menu and click Change plan.
- Choose your storage and Billing interval. The price shows before you confirm.
- Click Save change.
When a change starts
- Moving up takes effect immediately.
- Moving down takes effect immediately, with no refund. Your lower charge starts on the next billing cycle. You cannot go below what you are using.
- Some changes happen at your next renewal. The page says which applies before you save.
Cancel Cloud Drive
Click Cancel subscription in the same menu. Renewal stops and you keep full access until the date shown. You can click Reactivate subscription before then to keep it.
If a Cloud Drive payment fails, you see Your last Cloud Drive payment did not go through. Click Go to billing to pay it and keep your files.
