Preview or download a file

Files are decrypted in your browser when you open them, so a large file can take a moment to appear.

Preview a file

1. Click the file, or click its Item actions menu and then Preview.
2. Use the arrows to move to the previous or next file, and the zoom buttons for images.

Spreadsheets, Word documents, PDFs, images, text, video and audio can usually be previewed. Some older or unusual formats cannot, and you will see There is no preview for this file type. Download it instead.

Download a file

1. Click the file's Item actions menu.
2. Click Download.

You can also click Download while previewing a file.

Keep the tab open until the download finishes. If it says The download was interrupted. Check your connection and try again., start it again once your connection is back.
