Delete a file and get it back from the trash

Deleting moves things to the trash. They stay there for 30 days, then they are deleted for good.

Delete something

1. Click the Item actions menu on the file or folder.
2. Click Delete, then Move to trash.

To delete several, tick them first and click Delete in the bar that appears.

Get something back

1. Click Trash in Cloud Drive.
2. Click the item's Item actions menu.
3. Choose restore. It goes back to where it was.

Delete for good

In Trash, click Delete for good on one item, or Empty trash for everything.

Empty trash can take a while with many files. You will see Trash is being permanently deleted while it runs.
